Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing ClearHarvest Institute’s website, courses, cohorts, or coaching (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. Organizations must ensure authorized users comply with these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees are due at purchase unless agreed otherwise. Self-paced courses: 7-day refund if less than 20% completed. Cohorts/coaching: refundable up to 14 days before start, minus admin fees. After start, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
  • No attempts to access non-public areas or interfere with security.
  • No redistribution or resale of course materials without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including curricula, text, and frameworks, is owned by ClearHarvest Institute or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Educational materials are not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClearHarvest Institute and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections relating to IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
